Privacy Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains how Finixle Consultancy FZCO handles personal information connected with finixle.com. It applies to website visits, enquiries and privacy requests.

2. Information you provide

You may provide your name, work email, organisation, role and details of a finance requirement. Please do not submit unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Contact form

When you submit the enquiry form, the information you provide is delivered to Finixle through Resend. Cloudflare Worker rate limiting uses a one-way hash of the normalized work email and an enquiry-route counter to reduce automated abuse before delivery is attempted. Finixle does not use these controls or Resend for advertising or marketing tracking.

4. Technical information

Hosting and security infrastructure may process technical records such as IP address, request time, requested resource, browser information and security events. These records support delivery, reliability and security.

5. Cookies and preferences

The current Website V2 implementation does not set first-party JavaScript cookies or write to local or session storage. It contains no analytics, advertising or marketing tracker. See the Cookie Policy.

6. Why information is used

• To respond to communications that are actually received.
• To operate, secure and diagnose the website.
• To establish, manage or perform an agreed engagement.
• To meet legal obligations and protect legitimate interests.

7. Lawful bases

Where data-protection law requires a lawful basis, processing may rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate interests in operating and protecting the website, or consent where specifically requested.

8. Providers and limited sharing

Cloudflare provides website hosting, security infrastructure and Worker-native form rate limiting. Resend provides enquiry-email delivery. These providers may process information on Finixle’s behalf for those limited purposes. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or necessary to protect legal rights. Finixle does not sell personal information.

9. External product links

CONTO and AIRA are distinct product identities. When their own environments are published they will have separate privacy practices. CONTO enquiries currently use the Finixle Contact page.

10. International processing

Finixle operates from Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Infrastructure providers may process information in other countries. Appropriate safeguards are used where applicable; specific data-centre locations are not represented by this policy.

11. Retention

• General enquiries that do not become an engagement: up to 24 months after the last substantive communication.
• Website security and diagnostic records: ordinarily up to 12 months.
• Privacy requests: up to five years after closure.
• Engagement records: ordinarily seven years after the engagement ends.
• Complaint, claim or regulatory records: until the matter and applicable retention period conclude.

12. Security

Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information. No website or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

13. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent and complain to a relevant authority. Rights may be subject to legal limits.
